Attorney Toth Selected as Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers

It is with great pride and excitement that our legal team at Garretson & Toth, LLC announce that Attorney Scott Toth has been selected to be a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers (ACTL).

For more than 60 years, the ACTL has been recognized as one of the greatest legal associations in North America, spanning all across the United States and Canada. To earn Fellowship, one must be offered an invitation from senior members of the College – a rare achievement; it is an accolade that is only given to those who represent the true pinnacles of professionalism and legal expertise.

We would like to take this time to thank the American College of Trial Lawyers for recognizing Mr. Toth's dedication to his cause and practice by naming him a Fellow of their organization. We would also like to thank all the clients who have put their trust in him throughout the years – more than 100 of whom were represented in jury trials – for helping him refine his abilities and talents.

A Long History of Success

Being accepted as a Fellow to the ACTL is a great honor, one that is added to his many accomplishments. Other associations and memberships he has earned include the National Trial Lawyers Association, the Kansas Bar Association, and the Kansas Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He also has popular published works on criminal defense law.
